We are looking for a sharp Executive / Business Assistant to join our growing consulting company. We’re looking for a team player with strong organization and communication skills to help us make sure our business runs smoothly, and to improve the effectiveness of our team and marketing efforts.
This is a virtual position working with our team. The time investment will be about 20-40 hours per week and it’s perfect for someone who who wants a flexible job with room for growth. You can work from your own home, but you must have a distraction-free workspace. The hours can be flexible, but you must be reliable, and available during Pacific Standard time.
About You…
- Would be thrilled to be part of a cutting edge organization that incredible results for our clients.
- Love a fast paced environment.
- Are so organized that friends and family may joke about you being too obsessive with how organized you are.
- Pick up new software fast and ideal have experience with project management.
- Are not averse to learning new technology and with the right instructions can get up and running fast on most online tools.
- Have 5+ years experience managing projects and people in a small team environment
- Love working with people. Are quick to respond to clients and customers, but also take pride in your attention to detail – never missing a beat.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Would be awesome (but not required) that you have some familiarity with the life/business coaching space.
- Are so proactive that you’re like... "What else can I take off your plate?"
- Looking to grow with a company and not become the star of your own business (we love shiny stars— but it’s not a match for this extremely supportive role.)
